EMDB is a small application to keep track of your DVD collection. Some of the features include automatic import from the database of IMDB, cover preview, a loan tracker, search function and multi-language user interface. EMDB is Written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and doesn´t need a .NET framework or any other external libraries.What’s New in version 0.85:

  • DVDEmpire cover import: Fixed import of titles containing ‘&’
  • DVDEmpire cover import: Fixed import of titles starting with ‘The’ (e.g. ‘The Missing’ which is listed on DVDEmpire as ‘Missing, The’).
  • DVDEmpire cover import: Improved the best match algorithm.
  • Add Movie: Checking for duplicate entries is now based on IMDB number and if this is not present the combination of Title and Year.
  • DVDEmpire cover import: sometimes the downloaded covers were not resized correctly.
  • IMDB Update All: thumbnails were not updated from DVDEmpire even though the option was checked.
