PictureVault is an image browser with tools to adjust an image. Some of the features include tagging an image to form libraries and can display any image directory as a slideshow. Includes tools to draw on an image or a clean background of any color. Can capture from a Window´s scanner and can also capture from a Window´s video device with motion detection. Can also create a PDF document of images displayed by the program.Runs on XP and tested on Windows 7 Beta.

Requires: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.
